REGISTRATION and PAYMENTS

NoTe:

For delegations that register during the time frame of December 19th - Jan 5th, SCVMUN staff will respond starting Jan 6th. The time from of Dec 19th - Jan 5th is Winter Break; please consider for delay due to holiday season.

Though delegates may request extensions for the Research Award, we recommend that advisors register as early as possible to maximize possible time for Position Paper writing, as well as checking their emails often for assignments.

Please Note: Any delegations that register closer January, and near the date of SCVMUN (January 30th-31st), will be given assignments as soon as possible. However, please account for an increased processing time due to higher processing workload handled by the STMUN Team during this time.

TIMELINE

August 18: SCVMUN School Registration Begins

School Delegation Fee Deadlines (School Fees are non-refundable)

Independent Delegates will have a flat delegation fee of $10

August 18 - November 1: Early Delegation Registration Deadline. Fees are $40 per school, postmarked by 11/01/25.

November 2 -- December 27: Regular Delegation Registration Deadline. Fees are $50 per school, postmarked by 12/27/25.

December 28 -- January 24: Late Delegation Registration Deadline. Fees are $60 per school, postmarked by 01/24/26.

DELEGATE FEES

August 1 -- November 1: $40 per delegate

November 2 -- December 27: $50 per delegate

December 28 -- January 24: $60 per delegate

*Please note that the per delegate fee applies to each individual that is attending and is additional to the school fee. Please email sg@scvmun.com if any questions arise.

Payments

All payments should be made in the form of a check made out to STHS (Santa Teresa HS), not SCVMUN. Because of concerns regarding payment and accessibility to School Banks, we will be able to accept personal checks from an Advisor upon consultation with the Secretary-General, Aparna Jayasankar. Please write your school’s name on the check. Payments must be postmarked by the above deadlines.

PLEASE NOTE: If a payment is made through the online STHS school bank portal, a convenience fee will be charged by the portal upon payment.

Refunds

The per-school registration fee is not refundable.
There is no full refund on delegate fees. However, if you need to withdraw any or all of your delegates, and you inform us in writing by January 10 to sg@scvmun.com, you will receive a $10 per delegate refund. After this date, there will be no refunds provided in order to accommodate wait-listed schools.
