REGISTRATION/PAYMENT DEADLINES

August 10: School Registration Begins

October 10: Registration Deadline. Fees are $40 per school until this point. (non-refundable)

After October 10: Late School registration fees are $60. (non-refundable)

NOTE: Country assignments will not be given until we have received the school registration payment.

December 1: Delegate fees are $40 per delegate until this point.

After December 1: Delegate fees are $45 per delegate up until January 10th.

After January 10: Delegate fees are $60 after January 10th or at the conference.

January 10: Position papers must be submitted to chairs

January 10: Housing Deadline. Fees are $10 per delegate.  Fees and roster should be submitted by this time.

Payments

All payments should be made in the form of a check made out to STHS (Santa Teresa HS), not SCVMUN. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks. School checks and/or cashier checks are acceptable. Please write your school’s name on the check. Payments must be postmarked by the above deadlines.

Refunds

The per-school registration fee is not refundable.
There is no full refund on delegate fees. However, if you need to withdraw any or all of your delegates, and you inform us in writing by January 10, you will receive a $15 per delegate refund. After this date, you will only receive a $10 per delegate refund.
